Private Pond, Berkshire

This pond suffered from very heavy and persistent blanket weed due to a water source that is very high in dissolved nutrients. The pond also receives significant leaf fall which results in a rapid build up of organic silt.

After initial physical removal of the blanket weed, the pond was first treated with Blue Water through the summer of 2006.

The pond has been treated each summer since and has suffered no blanket weed problems.
